Today, Telecom Scandinavia A/S bought a number of assets and property rights from MobilePeople A/S.
The transaction comprises inter alia advanced mobile platforms for location based services, mobile advertising and application development. At the same, Telecom Scandinavia A/S takes over the main part of the employees, who will continue serving the existing customers in addition to working together with Telecom Scandinavia’s customers regarding development of mobile applications.
